What is Ozone Therapy and How does It Work?

Ozone Therapy involves you sitting in an ozone saunette completely naked. The machine is enclosed and only your head sticks out. Once in the machine your body is induced into an artificial fever by increase in temperature, this is a gradual process. Ozone is then introduced into the unit and absorbed into your body transdermally, which is trough the surface of your skin.
